In "What a Night" this soap opera star slipped Stephanie his phone number. Later, on their date, he took her to a nice motel parking lot and became extremely persistent.

In "A Helping Hand" this substitute teacher took an early interest in Lucy. Not long after he moved on to touching and smelling her.  In his next appearance, "...He's Back", he turned to Suzie to fill his perverted void.
